This document describes the TraceLink capabilities included in the Master Data, solution version 11.0 release, which is available on Validation on 27 Aug 2024 and Production on 24 Sep 2024.

UI Features

The following new or updated functionality will be included in this release.

Enhancements to Company Identifiers for Company, Partner, and their Locations

This feature introduces new EMVS identifiers for Owners that are subject to EU and EU FMD compliance regulations, and US pharmaceutical supply chain identifiers for Multienterprise Information Network Tower (MINT) Owners. Owners can use the new in Product master data to meet compliance reporting requirements for various countries in which a product is manufactured or sold. The following identifier types are added:

  • EU - SPOR ORG ID – An identifier used for a company that performs tracking activities for substances, products, organisations and referentials (SPOR) to support EU regulatory activities.
  • EU - SPOR LOC ID – An identifier used by a company location that performs tracking activities for substances, products, organisations and referentials (SPOR) to support EU regulatory activities.
  • 340B ID – An identifier used to assign a unique value by the Office of Pharmacy Affairs (OPA) for each covered entity parent or child site to a company, company location, Partner, or Partner location.
  • PHARMACY PROCESSOR NUMBER – An identifier used to assign a unique value to each pharmacy for submitting claims to a company, company location, Partner, or Partner location.
  • SCAC – An identifier used to assign a unique value to identify transportation carriers for a company, company location, or Partner.

Resolved issues

Master Data, solution version 11.0.0

The following issues are resolved in this release. The prefixes are for internal TraceLink tracking purposes and do not mean anything to customers.

The Country drop-down field does not allow users to enter text in a standard format when creating or editing a new Partner in Partner master data.

This issue is resolved.

Web UI

When searching for product master data, there was no, Product description field.

This issue is resolved.
